VILLA IRIS
Villetta Iris is an independent house with a terrace overlooking the sea.
It is only 100 meters from the beach of Cavoli, one of the most beautiful sandy bays on Elba. Surrounded by tranquility and a private Mediterranean garden full of flowers and pines that with their foliage create shade and refresh the surrounding environment.
Just three minutes on foot you can reach the pretty village of Seccheto and its wonderful beach.
Villa Iris is located exactly between these two locations, Cavoli and Seccheto. For lovers of nature and peace it is possible, via a small path in front of the house, to access the magnificent granite cliffs and reach a crystalline sea with shades of turquoise.
In the immediate vicinity there are all services, such as bars, restaurants and grocery stores.
It consists of 2 rooms: a spacious bedroom with double bed, living-dining room with sofa bed (2 comfortable single beds) and large bathroom with shower.
The house is also equipped with a private parking space and TV.
Ideal solution for those looking for privacy, proximity to the sea and large usable outdoor spaces.
