This well-kept house is composed on the ground floor of a large bright living room with French windows onto the terrace, kitchen and bathroom with shower. A very particular staircase leads to the first floor with two double bedrooms and an open gallery with another double bed (which can also be divided into 2 single beds). The first floor also has a bathroom with toilet and shower.
The living room leads to the garden with a beautiful pergola overlooking the mountains.
The living room opens onto the splendid granite terrace and pergola, where you can enjoy dinners in complete relaxation with a view of the unforgettable sunsets of the Costa del Sole. The brick barbecue allows you to prepare excellent grilled local fish or other.
The Villa has a private parking space, an outdoor shower and a communal washing machine in the cellar.
It is located next to the Villa Meridiana with which it shares the laundry, parking and barbecue.
