MIMOSE TINY HOUSE 

Casetta delle Mimose is located in the heart of the pretty village of Seccheto, just 200mt from the beach.

The Casetta is perched on the granite “liscioni” that characterize the village of Seccheto. It overlooks the valley and faces north, gets sun but remains very cool in summer and doesn’t need air conditioning system thanks to the recirculation of fresh air coming from the mountains.

The house is completely independent, overlooking a charming pergola of generous square footage where meals can be eaten in the shade of the trees and the pergola itself. A stationary bbq gathers the family for delicious outdoor dinners. Along with the pergola overlooking the valley, the two small terraces accessible from outside or directly from the bedroom are enhanced by a small table with chairs and a sun lounger.

In a very cozy corner we find an outdoor shower and a laundry room with a washing machine.

The entrance to the house leads to the living room, which has a double sofa bed, a table, two closets and access to the main bathroom equipped with a shower and window. The small living room communicates with the kitchen equipped with 4 gas burners, a beautiful granite countertop, a dishwasher, a free standing Fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cookware to be able to cook. The kitchen is equipped with French doors for good ventilation but especially to have the possibility of communicating directly with the pergola where summer meals are eaten.

From the living room via a wooden staircase, there is access to a loft equipped with two single mattresses, which together can easily make up a double bed. The loft has a small window (with mosquito net) that allows air recirculation and a view of the valley. Going back down the stairs to another floor, we find a room with a French double bed (140x190cm) with a small private windowed bath, characterized by the granite rock that walls part of the room. The bedroom remains completely independent thanks to the access to the outside through French doors.

This Tiny house, thanks to the position, is a very quiet and cool place, ideal for those seeking silence and intimacy.

The delightful Tiny Mimose House can be rented even in the coldest periods thanks to its wood stove that warms both the house and the heart! A few steps away from the little house you can wander through the narrow streets of the village where you will find romantic glimpses set in time as well as two small convenience stores, two bars, a restaurant, the pharmacy and every primary type for a vacation.

Walking down the village’s narrow streets, you arrive at the magnificent sandy beach of Seccheto from which you can access the granite cliffs and nearby natural pools rich in marine flora and fauna. Seccheto is a real gem set in the Costa del Sole just a stone’s throw from the most famous beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia.
