GENERAL POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

Check in: from 5 p.m. until 8.30 p.m.

Check out: at 10 a.m.

Systems check: the systems are delivered in working order; the tenant may check their operation with the person in charge

Accommodation: the flats are equipped with crockery and kitchen utensils. Towels and Bed linen are not provided. It is not permitted to occupy the accommodation to a number of persons exceeding the number of beds indicated on the rental agreement, under penalty of termination of the agreement. The tenant may not sublet or loan the accommodation unit, in whole or in part, under penalty of termination of the contract.

Animals: are accepted, at an extra cost, subject to assessment with the landlord.

Damage deposit: payable at the time of handing over the keys in cash

€ 300 for two-room apartments

€ 200 for one-room and small two-room apartments

€ 500 for four-room apartments

Balance: payable on handover of the flat in cash or by bank transfer 14 days before arrival

Effectiveness: the contract becomes effective only after the deposit has been sent

Cancellation policy:

– In case of cancellation before 30 days from the date of arrival the entire deposit will be returned, excluding a sum of 100€ for agency charges
– In case of cancellation within 30 days from the date of arrival we retain the entire deposit.

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
In case the client cancels the holiday for personal reasons there is no refund of the deposit.

Cohabitation rules:

Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord

Smoking and drugs are not allowed in the flat

It is not permitted to leave rubbish in the flat on the day of departure

Please respect the silence and privacy of other guests with noise disturbance during respectful hours

It is not allowed to throw anything in the toilet or sinks that may clog the pipes

On arrival, each guest must hand in a valid identity document for the registration required by law

Landlord’s responsibility: he/she is not responsible for thefts, forgotten objects, noise or smells from the street and other properties; unforeseen breakages of the installations (they will be repaired as soon as possible); lack of electricity and water.

Tenant’s responsibility: not to leave doors and windows open; not to leave money and valuables; liable for damage to the flat and installations; liable for any damage caused by one’s pet.
